I’m Nadia, Founder and Lead Strategist at Vibe Marketing. I built my own business from the ground up to seven figures, so I don’t approach marketing from theory or trends — I approach it from lived experience, commercial pressure, and results.
I’ve operated inside the realities our clients face: cash flow constraints, scaling decisions, customer acquisition, brand positioning, and the consequences of getting strategy wrong. That experience shapes how I work. I believe businesses should take advice only from people who have done the thing themselves — and I have.
At Vibe Marketing, I lead strategy, direction, and execution. I work closely with clients to design clear, personalised marketing plans that cut through noise, differentiate their brand, and drive measurable growth. This isn’t templated marketing — it’s practical, accountable, and outcome-focused.

Meet Brad
I’m a commercial operator with 14+ years’ experience working inside founder-led and scaling businesses, where growth, delivery, and operational reality are tightly coupled. My work sits at the intersection of execution, accountability, and systems — stepping in where things are moving fast but lack structure, cadence, or follow-through.
I’ve owned end-to-end execution across growth, revenue, and delivery functions, bringing clarity to priorities, enforcing standards, and translating strategy into predictable outcomes. I’m comfortable making trade-offs, saying no when required, and intervening directly when execution, margin, or service standards are at risk.
While my background spans growth and revenue functions, I operate first as an owner of outcomes rather than channels. I work hands-on, stay close to the work, and focus on building systems that hold up under pressure — not activity for its own sake.
I’m most effective in environments where responsibility is real, constraints exist, and results matter: founder-led businesses, scale-ups, and teams that value clarity, discipline, and delivery over hierarchy or optics.

I’m Mim, Social Media Strategist at Vibe Marketing. I work at the intersection of strategy, content, and performance — building social presences that are authentic, consistent, and commercially effective.
My role covers end-to-end social media execution, including platform strategy, content planning, copywriting, community management, and campaign delivery. I focus on aligning brand voice with audience behaviour, ensuring content isn’t just engaging, but purposeful and measurable.
I use performance data and platform insights to refine content direction, optimise posting schedules, and improve reach, engagement, and conversion over time. Staying current with algorithm changes, format shifts, and best-practice execution is core to how I work.

Meet Alex
Hi, I’m Alex, Web Designer and Developer at Vibe Marketing. I specialise in building high-performance websites that balance clean design with solid technical foundations, focusing on speed, scalability, and conversion.
My work spans front-end development, responsive layouts, and custom builds, with a strong emphasis on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern CMS platforms. I handle everything from information architecture and UX logic through to optimisation, accessibility, and cross-device performance.
On the video side, I work with a technically driven approach — managing codecs, formats, compression, and delivery to ensure content performs efficiently across platforms while maintaining visual quality. Editing decisions are made with platform requirements, load times, and audience behaviour in mind.
I’m deeply hands-on, constantly refining workflows, staying current with emerging frameworks, tools, and standards, and applying that knowledge to deliver robust, future-proof digital solutions for our clients.
Hi, I’m Jacinta, Graphic Designer at VIBE. I’m based on the Northern Beaches and bring a strong background in design and textiles, with a practical focus on creating work that’s both visually compelling and commercially effective.
At VIBE, I work across branding, logo design, marketing collateral and social media assets, partnering closely with clients to translate their ideas into clear, cohesive visual identities.
